Big Jesus

A power trio that would get together in between bands so that no one completely lost their "chops".  There were a couple of live performances - mostly mini-sets tucked inside another band's gig.  It's most prominent claim to fame is back up band for the infamous Julie Young.

Much like Johnny & The Piledrivers (another power trio - featuring Johnny Bass™) the three man format provided a great deal of musical latitude and freedom.  A zillion songs could be rung out of Big Jesus - many of them actually listenable!
